I went to order food for my son’s dinner today and who took my order was a male when I got home my order was all wrong I asked for carne asada fries plain , when I called the drive through lady answer the phone and was really rude I asked to talk to the guy that took my order and she “ said she took my order “ an employee with no customer service she lied , I will look into speaking to the owner of this business and let him / her know what kind of employees they have working and making there business look bad .

Ordered our food via delivery.
We received exactly what we ordered.
The food was still hot and delicious.
I've been to various Federico's over the years and have never been disappointed.
I highly recommend them! 🌮🌯🥤🥑🍴🍽

Mid would say it's mid.
The lady at the drove thru window barely spoke English.
I said no lettuce 5 times, they repeated it back to me and yet, there was still lettuce on my food.
(I'm allergic to lettuce so it's pretty irritating having to take off each individual strip of lettuce.) When I was eventually able to eat my good without fear of having an allergic reaction, it wasn't good.
The beans tasted like iron and had a really weird texture, the beef barely had any seasoning, and the veggies were still pretty much raw.
Don't waste your time and money and just go somewhere else.
