Subway

I have been going to this subway for 6 years every Saturday for the same sandwich to eat on the drive to cave creek.
Imagine my surprise 3 weeks ago when i am yelled at by a woman who said we never carried the veggie patty! I say ive gotten it for 6 years every Saturday.
She argued with me and basically said i didn’t know what i was talking about.
The next Saturday my niece and i went to the subway down the road.
Which is out of the way with difficult parking.
Where the cheerful girl at the counter who after we explained why we decided to come said the lasy who yelled at me at the other subway was the manager and that subway has difficulty because of her with people not showing up and quitting.
Which over the past two months Ive witnessed the store completely closes.
The last manager at this location was pleasant and happy and positive and I heard she left to another subway.
Please bring her back as this new manager is awful and mean.

On 12/11/23 went to subway to get food for my family, place was clean and easy to find but customer service needs improvement.
I Order 3 subs, 2- 6 inch subs and a foot long sub with cookies the bill came up to $45 when I looked at the receipt i noticed that the register girl charged more then what was supposed to be but at this time I was already back at home.
I placed the same order on line and it only cost $38 so when you are at the store they up price for extra meat 6 inch extra meat only $2 but for a foot long $8 when it only an extra 6 ft sub so it suppose to have been $4 for the foot long.
As well as charged us for a foot long meal price but we only got the sub no drink or chips.
So wont be back at this location.

The food was on point.
Just the wait time was ridiculous!! Come on now-at least have more that 1 employee working when YOU know the lunch hour is approaching.
I was going to enjoy my lunch there, but couldn't because of the wait time.
