I’ll only give a review if I’ve been somewhere at least twice and JJ’s is worth multiple visits! The owner couldn’t be more friendly and willing to go over menu items.
When dining in you can help yourself to some delicious complementary soup while you wait for your meal.
Super clean restaurant as well.
I just wish I had more photos.
Oh and the grilled lamb is so delicious!

I recently moved to this area of Louisville.
I was happy to find a Mediterranean place near my home.
The owner is really nice and he is very hospitable.
He will treat you like he’s known you forever, which is a vibe! You all should really try this place out! The food is authentic and flavorful! Support local! :)

Good Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food.
Authentic and freshly prepared by the friendly owner/cook who is from Jordan.
Casual and unpretentious decor and a delicious aroma greets you as soon as you walk in the door.
Delicious and fragrant dishes and a pot of gratis self-serve chicken soup.
JJ’s offers take-out and dine-in, although they unfortunately charge customers a “Dine-in fee”.

As you said, unfortunately we have to charge dinein fee just to coverup for the expenses.
We are certified as takeout restaurant but we welcome our customers to dinein.
We really don't make a penny out of the dinein fee infact the 10% hardly covers it.
Our great quality food as you mentioned deserve a better pricing but we feel with people income these days hoping they will feel with us as you understood & felt with us.
