If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have placed online orders from the Old Hickory Boulevard Nashville, TN location a few times before with no problems; their previous delivery drivers were always able to find me with no problems at all.
However, the delivery driver for my most recent order had difficulty finding my place.
She called me to ask for additional directions and was so incredibly rude even to the point of hanging up on me as I was speaking.
I immediately called the Old Hickory Blvd location to cancel my order and the person I spoke with seemed more concerned with notifying his rude delivery driver of the cancellation than with the fact that he has lost a sale and a customer due to the actions of his driver.
I will never purchase anything either online or in person from this location again.

First off Jim was amazing! He was attentive and handled all my questions like a pro! Sandwich was great! The store was clean and looked great. Only complaint is that they didn’t have kickin ranch anymore.
The new jalepeno sauce just isn’t anywhere close to the same.
The kickin ranch is one of the main reasons I came to JJ.
