I waited over 25 min for an online order after the time it said it would be done.I would have been better off ordering inside instead of waiting.The front staff never greeted anyone and was rude and no urgency with these people.I won’t be back, not worth my time for a sub.I shouldn’t have to wait this long for 1 sub online.Get your stuff together.Oh, and got home and the order was wrong! Please spend your money elsewhere!

Very hot while trying to eat temp was 79 degrees.That was not the atmosphere I was looking for.My Philly steak bowel was great.but my wife sandwiche was terrible the gluten free bun was very old and crumbled a part, and staff knew it, and that's why I think needs looked at by the health department.See pictures 📸. two items and two drinks, and one chip was 32. 00 dollars.

Wow, you have 3 awesome employees working at this location.Luke,Kris, Richard.I ordered my food and unexpectedly all 3 were engaging me in a conversation.It was light hearted, but all found a way to connect.I don't expect this at fast casual anymore.I ordered under my husband's name, but I have a feeling if I went back in and all 3 were working , they would just say hey, welcome back.I was running errands in the area, but don't live in the neighborhood across the street anymore. We have always enjoyed the food at this location and I bet, I will definitely make an effort to stop back in.It was also during a slow peak time and all were cleaning and maybe restocking and not using in cellphones.Please take notice of these young men, because they were giving old school service, Connecting with a customer which I don't see anymore.Thank you!
