I have enjoyed Jason's Deli first in Houston Texas in 2008.
When Chattanooga finally opened I have been patronizing this establishment ever since. This time I loaded up at the salad bar.
I often have eaten the California Club and the Beefeater (*when available).
The Salmon is Alaskan and is form of a sandwich.
It is very rare to find a restaurant that will serve Alaskan over Atlantic Salmon.
There is a large difference and won't go into here. If you are a customer, then the ice cream is FREE! Lastly and the best is the staff at this Jason's Deli.
I know then so we'll, they know me by name and would prepare my salad dressing (Honey French they no longer offer) for years without me even having to ask.
Top notch people and staff! Highly recommend.

Best salad bar around these days.
Lots of options to make it tasty! Sandwich was OK, chicken was a little dry. Fruit was fresh and the fruit dip was incredible!

This place is such a good pick if you are in the mood for a good salad bar.
They usually keep it very clean and neat around the bar.
I enjoy being able to make my own salad and have all the options.
The only thing I don't like is that they are usually out of some of the breads they offer.
Sometimes, you have to request things be filled, but they are pretty quick about it.
I've been here over 30 times and have only ate one sandwich & it was good, but I go here mainly for the salad bar.
Oh, and don't let me add the fact they have the best ice cream 😋 chocolate, vanilla, or swirl.
Lunch and dinner both have about the same crowd.
Sometimes, they are very busy, but there has never been a time I haven't been able to get a table or quickly be served.
Highly recommend if you enjoy a good salad.
The only reason for the 4 stars is bc they run out of things often.
