They had pretty good service even though the lady gave me a hash brown instead of fries .When I came back They corrected the issue without any attitude or problem.The food was fresh and hot.The woman in the drive thru mic and window was very nice also.I didn't mind the confusion because they let me keep the hash brown.I like places that own their mistake and fix it with no issue.We need more restaurants like this one.I don't mind coming back to this location because they fixed the issue with smile.The inside of the store was clean and there wasn't a long line inside either.

BEWARE DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE WEBSITE USE DOORDASH!!!! I ordered on line because i dont have a door dash account and the food never came.i got an text saying it has been delivered.I called the delivery driver and the delivery driver said they were sorry but they couldn't deliver it.i was upset but i said let me just call the store and get a refund.I called the store and the rude manager told me he cant give me a refund and he cant send nobody to give me my food.He said I could call his manager Milaros in the morning.He refused to give me his name or the corporate office phone number.He said i should have never ordered online because they don't have an online and i need to call doordash even though i ordered from them.I paid 22.00, 8.00 of it was delivery fee, After 2 hours going back and forth I finally had to take an uber there and back to get my cold food.If i have ordered this through doordash they would have just gave me a refund.In all I spent 42.00 to get a smash jack#9 with a side salad and halfsie fries.The restaurant looked clean when i got there.I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME.

This Jack n Box definitely needs more diversity.I go in sometime and the employees act like… 1.They don’t speak English 2.They keep the door lock that leads to the restroom.(So you expect your customers to eat with dirty hands? Wasn’t washing your hands apart of the regiment for prevention of Covid-19) 3.Applied for a job one day and the assistant manager told me she is not hiring.But told me there were only two employees working that day.And I would have to wait on my food.(Sound like you need more employees)
