Worst Jack in the box I've ever been to, drug crazed panhandlers surround your car while you're waiting to get your food! To make it worse it took 22 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered it and I was sent to the front of the store to wait for them to bring it to me.
Once they brought it to me, I realized that they shorted me one of my meals and I had to get out of my car, again surrounded by panhandlers, go in the store to get my order corrected.

Really great customer service, the employees are always ready to help and serve with an excellent attitude.
Really fast pace through the drive thru as well as in store.
Make you feel special and confident in every step of the way and in every choice I made while ordering.

I ordered 2 meals. the bacon ultimate with ketchup cheese and bacon only.
Curly fries And another exactly the and except add mayo. The first order they hand me wasn't even my order. The second order they gave me was made wrong on both meals And the third order they gave me was made correctly but the fries were stale and my burger was rushed so my cheese wasn't Melted, hell the burger was basically cold. And every employee looked and acted like I DID SOMETHING WRONG if I'm paying almost $15 per meal.
I want it made the way I want.
Something so simple.
They weren't busy what so ever.
Not even drive through so there is zero excuses.
Spent almost 45 minutes waiting on food I ended up not even eating bc it was so unappealing
