El Taco Rustico is a gem in Tucson! 🌮 The Especial Rustica was a standout - bursting with flavors and served hot, leaving me pleasantly full. The quesabirria tacos are a must-try; crispy, cheesy goodness with a savory beef jus for dipping that takes it to another level!

While the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, I did notice the service could be a bit hit or miss. Some servers seemed a bit disengaged, which was a shame given how great the food is. I'd definitely return for the tacos! 🌟😊
