Every time I have been in here it always feels like I’m being ignored or the employees are just like "we will get to you whenever we feel like it you’re inconveniencing us " they never greet and aside from just walking right past without a word numerous times with no apology ever I always end up having to wait for 10 mins to even order then when i finally do get the food it’s not hot or even warm… Also there has been a number of times I come to eat and the entrance door is locked In the middle of the day/afternoon but they are open definitely open… it’s all very disappointing and I’m not one to complain

I came through the drive thru and placed an order for a #4 #8 and an order of eggrolls.What they gave me is #4 and chicken nuggets.This is not my order.I checked our bag before we drove off and told them at the window this is not our order.They told me I would have to drive around and order again and pay for the # 8 again and eggrolls.I said no, just give me my correct order.I get mistakes are made, but its how they handled it is why I am upset.I asked to speak to the manager, which was clueless.I said I just want my order, not a refund.No apology and she walks off to make the burger.It takes over 10 min.I ask how long does it take to make a burger? They said they have other orders. Again no apology.I get this is fast food and not taken seriously, but to have no work ethic at all is pathetic.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until Frank said “Oh my god “ out of fustration because I wanted to make sure he threw the burger away that was I giving back..I wanted to make sure they weren’t going to give me the same burger back .Is that asking for too much? Come on now be a little professional..especially if the customer knows your name . This why I don’t spend my hard earned money with this particular jack in the box.. regardless if the burger is 3$ or whatever I had a long day at work I don’t deserve that type of customer service. I had to drive all the way back up there because I trusted what Frank said I asked him if lettuce and cheese was on my burger he said yes.I get home my burger isn’t correct , if anything I should be using Gods name in vain .But that’s a sin .
