Jack in the Box

My girl and I were here to pick up for a Doordash delivery.
The lobby was closed, so we had to go through the drive through.
There was only 1 car in front of us.
We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes just to be told someone else already picked up our order.
As soon as we left we got another order from same store.
We noticed a window in front with a button to push for pick up deliveries.
We got out and pressed the button but they ignored us, so we had to get back in the drive thru.
With 5 cars in front of us.
This is ridiculous! Our customers food will be cold by the time we get it.
The lady working the drive thru didn't seem to care at all.

Anna and Hannah were terrific.
Not only taking a difficult custom order with courtesy and class, but also after a mix up with my card payment paying another customer's order 😅, which cost less than my order did, they gave me My order and apologized to me for the mix up and told me not to worry about the price difference 😊 Five stars for sure 💯☺️

Had such a bad experience.
I understand their computers went down, but they could've handled it so much better.
First they did not tell us that when we were at the speaker, which is where they should've confirmed the order.
They waited until 49 min later when we got to the window.
The woman was popping her gum and smiling and talking with the people in front of us.
We then got to the window and we told her we were Uber and she said she did not know what was on the order so we told her that also.
She left and a guy came back ten min later and asked for the order again, so we told him again.
He then left and came back and asked for our phone, which he set down on the window sill and proceeded to close the window.
We tried to stop him, but he slammed the phone in the window.
To which he replied "it's fine" and we asked him if he was going to pay the $500 to replace it after he broke it and he said "I have $500." Not once did he apologize, instead he said "you need to be better people" because we said we wanted the phone back before he broke it and he should write down the order.
He then left again and then the woman went and took the order from the car behind us.
In this time we got two more orders from somewhere else, but one ended up being cancelled because they took so long.
Then 15 min after they took the order the third time and finally wrote it down she comes out telling us that we should understand that she had to work and could not be with her family on Christmas and she was homeless a couple of weeks ago.
I mean we were also working on Christmas also and hardly made anything because our order got cancelled and we did not get tipped for the original order because it was an hour late.
