I made an order via seamless.
The restaurant accepted it and noted as it was in route to be delivered on the seamless app.
2 hrs later the order is still on its way.
So I reach out to the restaurant, They state their online orders machine was turned off and the delivery person was off today.
When I asked why was it accepted they blamed seamless.
The person did not attempt to apologize nor resolve the issue.This is so unprofessional would not recommend.
