I had high hopes for Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant, but my experience fell short. I ordered the stew chicken and was disappointed by the portion size; it felt more like a small than a large. The chicken was overly salty and the texture left much to be desired.

However, the service was friendly and the atmosphere casual, perfect for grabbing a quick meal. While I loved the ambiance and the mission of supporting Black-owned businesses, I left feeling unsatisfied. Perhaps there's potential here, but I think they need to refine their cooking and portioning...🤔
