IHOP is a classic choice for a cozy breakfast in Fort Collins! The atmosphere is casual and family-friendly, perfect for a relaxed morning with the kids. I tried the gluten-free pancakes, and they were absolutely delightful!🥞

Service was speedy, and the coffee is some of the best I've had at a breakfast spot. While there were a few hiccups, like a mix-up with my orange juice, the staff remained friendly.
