Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is a hidden gem in Albuquerque! 🍣 The recent remodel has added a trendy vibe that complements their delicious offerings. I tried the Lunch Build Box, which had perfect portion sizes and incredible flavors. The beef short ribs are a must-try, and the seaweed salad was refreshing.

The friendly staff made our visit even better, and the casual ambiance is ideal for solo dining or groups. Don't miss out on their fantastic tea selection! I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu... highly recommend!
