Pizza restaurant, Family restaurant, Restaurant, Video arcade
The staff here are so rude, don't look like they want to work especially the person at the register. The restaurant was out of desserts and the salad were frozen, napkins dispensers empty, ice machines out of ice, trash all over the restaurant....the restaurant wasn't busy, they only had 2 parties of 6 kids each.I asked if the restaurant serves coffee, as soon as i got my No per answer, the 2 staff members I asked to, started mocking me and making comments about this place not been a coffee shop, that the restricly sell only pizza.I understand this may not be the best place for them to work but hey they chose to work here! Be nice and at least fake the smiles...it won't hurt!!! Rudest place !!! And they call "kids friendly zone"!

Hi Rebeca - we are sorry to see this was your experience. Please contact us so we can put you in touch with the GM: feedback@peterpiperpizza.com
The salad was terrible. It was completely soggy, and we were not able to eat it.The pizza was OK, but they were not restocking the Buffay in a timely manner, and I had to approach them two different times to request additional pizza be made.
We were invited to a bday party and it was a lot of fun for the kids with the games and tickets. The cards were decently priced too.You can get them by the amount of coins or buy unlimited play by the hour. I DEFINITELY recommend buying it by the hour. Those coins go FAST! The pizza was....Well.....Very reminiscent of a lunchable pizza. It was edible but tasted like ketchup on Naan. Not great if you're an adult,, but the kids all ate it so there's that. The staff themselves were completely informative and somewhat incompetent though. They put our food out and didn't bother to page is or take it over to us when they realized it was still there. So by the time we all realized the pizza hasn't come and went to check it, it was super cold. The mom demanded to speak to someone and everyone ignored her so she told them they had best make another and make sure we get it hot.It was also cold. The only redeeming experience was the young man at the ticket counter who had the most patience trying to explain to my 5 yo that he only had x points and he could only get specific prizes. Overall the visit was ok.It was awesome that it was so affordable and the kids had a blast, but the adult experience....Not so great.
