Picked up dinner from this location for dinner.
please explain why our chicken looked like they belong on the set of a Willy Wonka show?? Paid almost 50.00 for our dinner and ended up spending more because dinner became a snack....

Terrible customer service.
The whole time I felt like I was a bother didn’t even reply whatever I said things.
Then at the end, I said thank you twice just in case they didn’t hear the first time and didn’t even reply.
Please play these people more so they can act nice and like human beings again.

Worse customer service ever.
I visited the location drive through.
Ordered two famous bowl and requested extra hot sauce.
I am taking meds that has killed my taste buds and can’t eat anything without feeling metallic or nauseous.
I explained to the lady taking my order(who introduced herself as manager).
She said we don’t do more than 2 per order and that is the policy.
I offered to pay extra for hot sauce.
She still refused.
I don’t know if it’s a golden hot sauce or what but I was super disappointed.
I left and will not come back.
I hope it’s worth losing customers.
I drove to Five guys instead.
