This place is really a great spot.I saw they were recommended on Michelin so I decided to give it a try.It is in a small little almost dinner style establishment.It’s got a great location and was pretty packed.The service was very prompt and the food came out fast.We ordered the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and they were pretty good but nothing to really get hype about.The true star was the chicken.The chicken is beyond tender and flavorful! They way it crunches and the dust they hit it with after being cooked is outstanding.The variety of sauces definitely make an amazing complement as well and paired with the honey butter rolls made it a perfect meal.Drinks were great and I overall was very pleased.I will be back to try the sandwiches for sure.I recommend giving this place a try.
I’ve walked past this place a good few times and so glad we went in this time.Got takeout from here and it was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend loved the chicken and the rolls.I’m vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised by their mushroom burger.The potato wedges were spiced very well.It was so flavorful and delicious, we wanted to come back again immediately. Desperately want to go back to try some of their sauces that we forgot to order and the mac and cheese.
Food 5/5: Fried chicken and hot honey chicken sandwich were amazing! Delicious! Crispy, flavorful.. not greasy at all.Mac & cheese was YUM! My picky eater devoured it.Potato wedges and cilantro lime slaw were good. 3/5 on atmosphere, because it’s no frills, small & busy.I can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer and sit on their patio, which triples the amount of tables available. Service: 4/5 only because it’s an order and pay on your phone, but has table service.I appreciate someone checking on us more than once.I prefer table service or not, the in between makes things confusing when you need a box or have a question. We’ll be back.Love that this locally owned small business is churning out great food and getting the crowds their food deserves.
