Homecoming Southern Kitchen & Bar

Food was amazing.
She had the fried Catfish and Shrimp and I had the Hot Mess which was Nashville fried chicken breast over a bed of delicious Mac n Chess over a buttery sauce with Shrimp on the side.
A dish made for an eater like me.
Love it.
We had Ribs, Gumbo n Greens.
Mmmm good.
A restaurant you have to try while in Salt Lake City.

Walking inside this restaurant it is definitely beautiful.
Once seated, it took a while for them to finally take our order for drinks, maybe 20 minutes or so.
Once the food arrived, it was very Bland.
The macaroni and cheese were terrible.
The chicken was very dry with no seasoning on it.
The gumbo was okay, but just like everything else, it needed some type of salt or pepper.
The only thing that was good was the waffles and fries.
Almost everything else needed some type of salt or pepper.
I will not be back for seconds
