First time here, and I didn't read reviews going in.
That's not what I expected for a strip mall buffet.
The outside is nothing like the inside.
I'll bet back in the day this was a beautiful restaurant, but time is gaining on it.
Seats are worn-out and a little ware on the tables.
Service was friendly and fast.
Food, I expected a lot more variety in sushi 🍣 because of the name, and except for the Chinese food standards, there was nothing that stood out.
Nice lunch but, not a place I would say you have to try it.
Price was too much for what you get.
I took a lot of pictures because the atmosphere and the size of the space is really nice.
But over all, not great..
Taco Loco across the street has better food by far. 12/05/22 ; I tried Hibachi Sushi again for lunch.
I can't change my original review.
It is just as I described before.

Local Buffett existing for many years served a lot of food to the local community Buffet adequately stocked Lots of steaming dishes Lots of sushi selections Hibachi grilled food on demand 6 large buffets bars Full salad bar Larger desserts bar 🦞 seafood crab shrimp and calamari salmon 🍣 🐔 chicken and pineapple Beef and broccoli eggs rolls and Most common dishes Sweet and sour sauce thin Chicken tough Tasty fried shrimp Fresh hot doughnut ❤️ Good Service Attractive decor Fancy lighting and giant fish tank Reliable place to get a good meal

Definitely won’t be back ! Food was cold and the waiter was rushing us to pay .
Throws the bill on the table as I’m sitting down with my 2nd plate .
My friend goes to the restroom and they stopped him reminding him to pay.
Very unwelcoming!
