Happy Dragon truly surprised me with its delicious takeout! 🍜 I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and bourbon chicken, and both were flavorful and fresh - definitely a step above standard takeout. The portions felt decent for the price, especially considering the quality of ingredients.

The only downside was the slight mix-up with utensils; I had to run back in to grab some. But, the friendly staff made up for it.

If you’re craving satisfying Chinese food in Indianapolis, this place might just become your new go-to! 🌟
