Arrived for a pickup.
The sandwiches were created perfectly to my specifications and arrived hot.
They didn't start making the hand cut fries until I arrived.
When a business does its job correctly, I respect it a lot...
Gave a good impression 👍💥💥 From Penn station east coast sub. Our menu features an array of mouth watering Grilled Penn Station submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade.
All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables.
The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil.
The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons."

Okay, I actually feel bad writing this review, but, this is the 7th or 8th time being burned here in a row and it will be my last.
I just don't understand why my order is never, ever right.
I consistently pay for double meat and never get it.
I ALWAYS ask for no onions due to an allergy and get them anyway every single time, which inevitably means I can't eat my food.
I even ordered an hour ahead of time today.
That's more than enough time to ensure an order is made properly. Unfortunately, this is the only Penn Station near me or between home and the facility at which I bring lunch for others, so we will have to find a different establishment to order from. Accuracy is 1/5 Quality is 3/5 Wait time is 2/5

Update: okay the Classic Italian sandwich off the grill was probably the best sandwich I can ever remember eating.
Just perfect! Delicious sandwiches and fresh fries and we enjoy their quick service.
I trust the menu and I always go with their suggestions.
We will be back!
