Took an hour and a half to get a veggie sandwich delivered 1 mile away.
Drove up and asked for it and they told me the delivery driver should drop it off in 10-15 minutes.
6 employees doing absolutely nothing.
Refused to make the sandwich.
Will take 1.5 hours to get a sandwich, was informed this was typical.

I wish I had paid attention to who was working but the woman that took my order was outside whenever I arrived and acted as though taking my order was the largest chore of her life.
If you are that unhappy please save that for the backroom like every other customer service person does.
I don't understand why me being a sandwich was such a problem but I'll make sure to skip this location and I'll let anyone know that decides this is where to eat.

Good service always.
Staff is very friendly and does hard work in the heart of broadripple.
They are open late which is great when many places stop serving food.
Never had a bad time here.
Staff is always putting on a good brave face and making good sandwiches.
