Mexican restaurant, Breakfast restaurant
From the outside this place looks pretty far from a hacienda. However, upon opening the mirrored-glass door we are greeting by friendly staff and authentic interior Mexican muisc in the air. The old school wooden chairs, tile floor and stucco walls with original paintings of mythical Mexican subjects bring you quickly into the spirit of a frontier hacienda. We were immediately availed with fresh warm chips along with both a spicy green and a more mild classic red sauce. I started off with a top shelf margarita on the rocks which actually tasted amazing. After those first few sips I felt myself drifting off to one of those magical town squares in small town Mexico. Then the fresh guacamole arrived and I slipped ever deeper into the easy siesta vibes. The food arrived in style with a classic sizzling iron skillet and amazing smells. This was classically prepared north interior Mexican fare.It was absolutely delicious. In fact, I finished the food before I finished my margarita. So we sat and enjoyed the smooth sounds of music, as if we were in an actual hacienda courtyard.Of course, a little imagination always goes a long way to enhance the experience.
We Love this place and the food is yummy, home made corn Tortillas, the margaritas frozen and on the rocks GOOD!
5/2023 Hacienda Arandinas is on our regular restaurant lunch rotation where they have great Mexican food and close to home. This visit I enjoyed the Miguel’s Favorite where it’s like a sample plate with one cheese enchilada, one crispy chicken taco, and a small bowl of tortilla soup.I also ordered a margarita on the rocks. The whole thing was really good and the tortilla soup was delicious. 1/2023 This is truly a neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival you enter a culture of south of the border with its rich handmade Mexican decor. This time I did not even bother to look at the menu where I just asked to bring me something with chicken in it. The food here is very good and felt a little excited to see what would be placed in front of me. It turned out to be Chicken Flautas and with refried beans and Mexican rice. They had a crispy shell with soft chicken inside giving it great flavor. They were a little light but this was lunch special, and paired with beans and rice gave heaviness feeling very full. But before all this I was given fresh chips with salsa and tow other small dipping sauces. They were all very tasty in different styles where one had a woody taste and the other tangy spicy.
