I recently discovered G's Country Kitchen in Huntsville, and I'm already planning my next visit! Nestled in a strip mall, this cozy diner serves the best down-home southern cooking I've tasted.

I ordered the Fried Pork Chop Plate - perfectly crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned. The yams were a delightful sweet compliment, and I couldn't resist also trying the hush puppies.

The friendly atmosphere, with staff like Maurice and Marquitta making you feel like family, truly enhances the experience. Don't forget they close at 7 pm! I can't wait to go back! 🍽️
