GC Pho is a delightful gem in Columbus! The Banh Mi is hands-down the best I’ve tasted, reminiscent of the authentic flavors my Vietnamese friends used to make for me. The crusty bread, flavorful pork marinade, and spicy mayo combine into pure deliciousness.
I also sampled their pho, and what a treat! The broth was rich and aromatic, needing no adjustments. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are super friendly. Plus, the accessibility features make it a fantastic spot for everyone.
