Fuego 505 is a hidden gem in Albuquerque! 🌟 I recently visited on New Year's night and was impressed by the attentive service despite the crowd.

I tried the shrimp ceviche as an appetizer, and it was top-notch! For my main dish, the elk sausage and steak skewer was grilled perfectly. Their fried avocado taco was visually stunning, though it could use a bit more seasoning - thankfully, the ghost sauce saved the day!

The outdoor dining area was so charming and cozy. I can't wait to return for more delicious food and local beers! 🍻
