Fonda Santa Rosa is a delightful find! The cafe de olla was incredibly rich, and I couldn't resist ordering a second cup! Fonda Santa Rosa is a delightful hidden gem in Houston! 🌟 I recently visited for brunch and was blown away by the flavor and presentation of the chilaquiles - crispy and savory, just perfect!
Their café de olla deserves a shout-out too; I lost count of my refills (3!). The décor is cozy, creating a perfect atmosphere for families and friends. The staff was attentive, and I appreciated the owner's personal check-in.
I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu! Highly recommend the tamales de dulce! 😊✨
