Pollo Restaurant & Bar is a hidden gem on Bellaire Blvd! 🌟 The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends.

I tried the puerco asado, which was tender but slightly cold; I'm hoping for better next time. The tostones rellenos had great potential, but they seemed a bit frozen instead of fresh.

The service started off a little rocky, but the staff warmed up as we settled in. I appreciated the quick drink service. Overall, I’d go back for the cocktails and vibe, but hopefully, the food experience improves! 🍹
