One Dragon is a charming little Shanghainese gem on Bellaire Blvd! 🌟 We indulged in the soup dumplings, and wow - beyond delicious! The crisp-bottomed dumplings were perfection. The scallion pancake and scallion beef were equally delightful.

The atmosphere can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially with many diners watching, but the staff was remarkably kind and attentive, soothing my anxiety.
