This has been one of our favorites since we lived here years ago.
The service is always immaculate.
The food is always out of this world thus the words Flying Star.
From the bakery treats being made with butter to the free range eggs and the fresh fruits and super delicious coffee this place is your number one choice for breakfast, as well as lunch and a nice early dinner.
Don't miss out on eating it the best place in all of Albuquerque! And if you're going to have a birthday or any type of Celebration where you need a cake, look no further this place knows how to make cake without all that toxic hydrogenated oil that everybody else is so reliant on using.

I'm always on the hunt for good Gluten Free pancakes, and my friends, who live locally, brought me here, for lunch.
I had the Gluten Not Flapjacks, with rice flour, millet, flax, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, topped with almonds and cranberries.
They were delicious, with great texture.
The service is very attentive, very friendly and they also had gluten free blueberry scones - bonus!

Absolutely delicious!!! The Pesto Chicken Mediterranean Salad is DEVINE!! My favorite dish at Flying Star, the dressing is fresh, juicy, and satisfying & the salad is a terrific blend of crunch, taste, & texture! Filling & Satisfying! The Green Chili Pork Caldo has beautifully savory broth & vegetables!! Cooked to perfection! Absolutely recommend both dishes 🙌🏼🙌🏼
