Horrible management has led to this location being understaffed, even on a Friday night. I put in my order online at 6:20 and was told it would be a 20 minute wait.I showed up at 6:45 and my pizza had not even been started.The staff did not even recognize that I was there for several minutes.I was told my food would be ready in about 15 minutes.Try another 45 minutes.I regret not just walking out as I had not paid yet.I could have went to a grocery store and gotten a frozen pizza and had it cooked faster and cheaper. Again, I don't really blame the employees.This kind of thing stinks of either poor corporate policies or bad management.

I order from here quite often as they are close to my house.I think their pizzas are very good and the service is great.

Waited two hours for an online delivery, just to have the manager call me and say that it would be faster if I went to pick up my order? Didn’t offer any solution or apology.Horrible service.Not the first time this occurs but definitely the last time I use this location.
