A greasy little joint but cute. Order at the counter, pick your food up and sit indoor or outside under cover. I had the lobster rolls and they were phenomenal. So light and full of flavor. Was some of the best food I had while in Memphis. The walls were covered in Big Mouth Billy Bass. Service was great, the kid at the register had a great personality.
My husband had a cup of gumbo to start with.It was thick and tasty. The shrimp and catfish po’boys are very good. The poboy sandwiches come with fries and hushpuppies.Unfortunately, the hushpuppies don’t have much taste.Although the catfish was well prepared, it was awkward to eat and not evenly distributed across the sandwich. The prices seemed a little high, but this is Memphis.
The food was exceptionally good today.Fish was very fresh and fried perfect.I also got catfish tacos A GAME CHANGER! That secret sauce in the slaw is to die
