We were just at this restaurant.After we came in, no one met us, we waited for 5 minutes, although it wasn't busy.After landing, a waitress came to us, we asked to wait 3 minutes to choose a dish.As a result, the waiter came to us in about 10 minutes.We asked for water without ice, and in the end she brought water with ice.We waited for the soup for 30 minutes, but when it was brought, it was not hot and tasteless.Huge pieces of chicken swam in the meat, but the waiter just offered to give us a knife.We would look like stupid people who cut soup with a knife.Chicken pasta was also tasteless, my husband and I ordered the same thing, but his dish looked pale.Everything was hot, but the meat was cold. We spend 1 and half hours , it’s too much I am very sorry for this woman waitress

Food was very average, compared to the price.We took 17.99$ bowl where we get to select our own ingredients and they stir fry it for you.I would like it more we could see how the chef stir fries it. The service is average too, probably they were under staffed, we had to wait long for water, or to place our order.They food ingredients counter were not very clean, however i was a staff cleaning it after that.Decorated in red and black, the interior is good.They used iconic chicago painting on the wall.Around 100 people sitting area. They've space to hang the jackets, which was very helpful.Washroom was okaish clean.

This was my first visit to Flat Top Grill.I really enjoyed the experience and found the food to be very good and the prices to be reasonable.My only criticism would be that the silverware was cheap.It seems inconsequential but I think they can afford to buy some grown up silverware.Our server's name was Austin and he was friendly and nice and deserves an A+.
