First Watch in Springhurst is a fantastic breakfast spot! 🍳 The atmosphere is lively, often bustling with patrons, which speaks to the quality of the food. I tried the avocado toast, and it was simply sublime!

Our server, Kennedi, was friendly and knowledgeable, making great suggestions from the extensive menu. The French toast and hash bowls we ordered were fresh and delicious!

Though the music was a bit loud and my eggs were slightly overcooked, the overall experience was delightful. Can't wait to return next time I'm in Louisville! 😊
