First Watch is my go-to brunch spot in Fort Collins! 🌞 The Casual, cozy atmosphere is perfect for families or solo visits. I ordered the Regular Potato Brisket Hash, which was tasty, but I still dream of that Sweet Potato Brisket Hash from past visits - please bring it back!

Emily, our server, was delightful, brightening our meal with her energy and kindness. Don't miss their refreshing specialty juices like the Boost!
