I have some interesting details specifically about this location and this restaurant.
Originally this restaurant was called the Egg and I and they have a decadent menu.
2 weeks after this particular restaurant was finished the owner of the Egg and I passed away. There is an Egg and I in Vegas and Yes I have ate there as well several times. First Watch is a first rate breakfast establishment with a very healthy and tasty menu.
Always have had a great experience and have probably ate at the small chain at least 100 times.

Great food! We ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, sunrise bowl and plain pancakes.
Everything was on point.
The holey donuts were a great treat as well.
We really loved the jam that came with them.
The service was nice.
We will definitely revisit.

This was my first visit back to this First Watch location in about 3 or 4 years.
The first two visits were disappointing, so I have been going to the Hixson location.
My Daughter & I decided to give them another try. Our breakfast entrées were delicious & cooked to perfection.
Our amazing server was Claire.
She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart.
My Daughter has a severe Gluten allergy & Claire went over & above to make sure her food was totally Gluten Free with no cross contamination.

One for an amazing Breakfast & one for an amazing lunch.
Both times our meals were awesome and both times our lovely server was Sasha.
She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart! This Lady is the best! Highly recommend this restaurant for both Breakfast or Lunch!
