Evergreens

I visited this place during lunch.
It was pretty packed, but the line moved quickly. I had the jalepeno bowl which was pretty basic when I asked for vegan version - It had quinoa, tomatoes, some tofu and a sauce.
I was surprised there were no leaves.
The protein tofu but looked like it was directly from a packet - No marination/No sauces.

I ordered via the app and when I got in the store, I queued with other customers.
When it was my turn, I told the lady working behind the counter that I placed the order via the app.
She looked up my order and said the order won’t be available before 6:20 pm as communicated via the app.
I said okay and came back at 6:15 pm.
I waited for the next 10 mins only to see everyone behind the counter dodging me and another guy waiting for our order.
Then I queued up again and the same lady came by.
I asked her about my order and she said okay I can make it now for you.
I asked her why couldn’t she make the order back then and she told me because she was with other customers.
I literally queued up with other customers back then but she refused to make my order.
Anyways, I got my order with less portions than people who were placing order and paying in store.
I didn’t get bread either.
There was way too much sauce added to my order.
I am very frustrated with the entire visit.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

First time visiting this location - not impressed Ordered online ahead of time and arrived at the place in an hour and food was still not ready The food itself looks completely different from the online image - portion is little and rice is completely watery; could be because of the person who made this bowl and by all means not a positive experience
