We came here on a Saturday afternoon.The place was not too busy. The food is good.The pad Thai is a bit on the wet side ad but sweeter.(We really liked it) We are used to pineapple fried rice at Thai places so the Mango Fried rice was a welcome change. My only issue is the way to the restroom is via the kitchen, which just seems very odd.
Roast duck curry was good, white rice is additional.Kids loved the moist chicken pad thai. The Thai BBQ chicken was a bit disappointed in term of marination and texture, but it was not totally bad.Glass noodle salad was okay.
We live about a mile from this restaurant and have tried them many times.Each visit has been worse than the previous one with the latest visit for a carry out being so bad, that we will probably never go back.The quality of their food is so outrageously bad that it’s hard to articulate.Chicken is overcooked to a point that it has no moisture left and is akin to a cardboard.It’s also cooked in water first and just thrown into dishes so doesn’t matter the entree, chicken tastes just about the same - overcooked and bland. The guy who runs the restaurant, likely the owner, has no interest in treating customers properly.One time we went there in the peak of winter chill and he had one heater fan turned on and pointed towards one party that was already there.When we asked if he can turn the heat on he asked to us work with what he had.We politely took the order to go and left. Leaving this review after giving this place multiple chances and realizing it’s not a coincidence or bad luck.They just suck.
