Came in with my fiance and baby and felt right at home. The food was delicious and the service superb. My baby is 10 months and was eating from our food but the kind owner came back with a veggie bowl just for him and even fed him a few spoons! 🥹❤️ We would definitely be back.✨✨✨
Great and authentic place! Portion sizes are huge and they have a great variety of dishes.Flavor was amazing and the service was great, even for a big party.Would definitely recommend any of the meat dishes!
First of all, I think atlanta needs to raise the bar on food.I had some of the BEST ethiopian food when I was living in DC.But here in atl, this ethiopian food was …meh.I had a sambusa and veggie platter. The $3 sambusa was flavorful, crispy, and fried. The sambusa would have me coming back… but the veggie platter was meh..and that’s crazy because it looked so good but looks can be deceiving.I did like the fact there was beets because not many ethiopian places serve beets, so i love that. The red lentils were cool, i could definetly taste the seasoning in them, but i tasted the cinnamon and it was a little overpowering but they were still decent.Wasn’t too crazy on the collard green. The cabbage was just ok.The green lentils tasted freezer burnt so they obviously weren’t fresh. The tomato salad was nice and fresh..this veggie platter did not wow me.My rating is only based on food. For this place to have this many stars, it’s obvious people here don’t know what real good food is.But the portion size was nice compared to other ethiopian places i went to, I definetly had to use a to-go box.The woman here was lovely, I enjoyed her and she provided me good service and it was nice knowing this was a small owned family business.
