China Garden Restaurant

I’m an active duty Soldier in uniform.
First (and last) time customer I just walked into this restaurant which was empty except for the lady behind the counter.
I was intentionally nice and polite while making my order.
I asked if they could do egg and onion only in the rice, and she said yes.
I repeated the order to ensure because her English was poor. She yelled the order back (in her language) but the cook seemed confused.
She repeated (in her language) and walked back to the register.
I looked at her again shaking my head reassuringly repeating “egg and onion only right?” She said yes again.
I paid and even added a little tip.
I’m home trying to enjoy my hot meal, but have YET to find a piece of egg! I called the restaurant and she knows who I am.
She’s arguing that she said there’d only be a couple pieces.
I repeated that there is no egg in here at all, and she hung up in my face.
She’s lucky I have a security clearance to maintain.

This is by far the worse dining experience I’ve ever had.
The crab Rangoon was sorely lacking.
The egg foo young was trash.
Everything was thin with no sustenance.
I asked for an itemized receipt the cashier pretended to not be able to generate one, which is ridiculous.
I’m certain I was overcharged.
PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE.
I’m certain you’ll regret it.

NASTY PLACE.
Roaches and rats when I walked in and she had her feet kicked up like this.
I tried to say I don’t care about her dirty feet but she was picking up meat barehand and coughing uncontrollably.
DO NOT EAT THERE U WILL GET SICK OR FIND RAT MEAT IN YOUR FOOD INSECTS EVERYWHERE AND SHE WAS BATTING FLIES ASKING FOR MY PAYMENT I TOLD HER NO MAAM DO NOT WANT TO EAT AT HERE!
