I had a delightful evening at Ellington's Restaurant, tucked away in the Fairlane Hotel. 🌟 The rooftop seating provided a relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying their impressive cocktail selection. I tried the dirty martini - absolutely top-notch!

For dinner, the pimento cheese corn was a standout; I could eat that as a meal! Our server, Cal, was incredibly attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable.

I definitely recommend making a reservation, as this hidden gem deserves every bit of its praise. Can't wait to return! 🍽️✨
