Really liked this vegan place! I ordered the popular shiitake teriyaki burger.It was delicious! The meat is seitan and I love the sauce not too salty nor sweet.Perfect combo with crispy Cole slaw. The brownie is also amazing! Highly recommend it.It's more on chewy side but very chocolatey and perfect sweetness.
They didn't have half of the food that I wanted, you would think that with as much money that they change you to eat there that they would have everything in stock.Hell! They did not even offer me a discount off of what I did eat for my inconvenience.This was my first experience here and it was a bad first one.This was my wife and I first experience at this establishment.She got the Aztec bowl and I got the Falafel wrap.I would have rated them five stars but after them not having all the food that I wanted in stock that did not look too good on their end.
I got the General Taos bowl! It was very good! I was cravvving some veggies and this hit the spot! The flavor of the sauce was delicious and the texture of the protein was great! Super grateful for a delicious vegan spot in Nashville ❤️
