Elhelmya offers a warm, cozy atmosphere that's perfect for a casual night out. I tried the kaware, and it was exceptional - truly a taste of Cairo! Each bite transported me back to Egypt. Service was friendly, but a bit slow during peak hours. Still, the delicious comfort food makes it worth the wait! Can't wait to return. 🍽️

Elhelmya Egyptian Restaurant is a hidden gem in Houston! 🇪🇬 The cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. I tried the mombar and the kebda Iskandarani, both bursting with authentic flavors that transport you straight to Cairo! 🌟
Even though it’s a soft opening, the menu already showcases delightful offerings. The kabab and tawook were expertly grilled, and the grape leaves with beef were heavenly.
Owner Omar is incredibly welcoming, ensuring a warm dining experience. Can’t wait to return for more delicious meals in this charming spot... Highly recommended! 😊
