I like getting the caldo de res. It's really good and they give you 3 large handmade tortillas!! That makes the meal.Their salsa with the chips is super delicious, has a good kick to it.Their hand made quesadilla de flor de calabaza is so delicious! The tacos de asada are always a bit salty, not our fave but they're edible.I want to try the red pozole.Maybe next time.
Food 4/5- not your grandmas food but pretty decent in comparison to other places Service-5/5- very attentive server Price-3/5 not from Chicago so price seemed a bit high for me Drinks- Horchata 3/5 Jamaica 3/5 Tamarindo 4/5 Restrooms-4/5- clean but there’s graffiti.not sure if thats a thing though
My mom brought me here and we got sopes de asada.I got so full with one, they’re huge! The salsa’s they provided for the sopes were good! The chips and salsa were good too, not salty and not bland. The salsa was a little spicy but I love spicy so it was perfect for me and not so much for others. The fries were good.My mom loves the Jamaica from here and the Coke I got was great as well!! Definitely coming back and bringing my bf so we can try the drinks!!
