El Pollo Loco

They're changing too many things and lowering the quality of food while increasing prices.
Not a great idea.
The staff person I was barely able to interact with over the giant machines on the counter was polite.
I'm not sure who had the idea to install giant kiosks to order on the main counter alongside a 90s home printer scanner looking machine.
But that also is not a good idea.

Had an order and when I got back to work there was no silverware and problem with my sides.
Called manager and she said she would give me a credit in my next order that my name would be in the board.
When today and my name was not on the board and I was told that you do not get silverware unless you ask.
So I asked and then I was only gives a spoon and fork no knife to cut chicken breast.
And no credit for previous order.
Poor management customer relations.
Going to different pollo next time

It's my preferred spot for delicious, affordable meals, and the exemplary service from this dynamic duo only enhances the experience.
