I recently visited the new El Pollo Loco at Skye Canyon, and overall, it was a solid experience! 🌟 The staff was friendly, greeting me as I walked in, and the convenience of the order kiosks made things quick - though I do prefer human contact when ordering.

I tried the BRC burrito, which had a decent flavor, but I found the rice a bit crunchy. The guacamole could have used some zest, so I recommend asking for extra spice!

Although a few items could improve, the atmosphere was casual, and it's definitely a great spot for a quick and delicious meal. I'll be back! 🌮✨
