At Diego Farms, a gem nestled in the northwest of Las Vegas, the dining experience transcends a mere meal – it's a full sensory indulgence. My visit to this establishment, one of the few original eateries in the area, left an impression that goes beyond taste alone. Their "Sunnier Side Up" breakfast is a delightful homage to the traditional American morning meal, brimming with heart and flavor. The plate boasted perfectly scrambled eggs, each forkful light and airy.Accompanying them was bacon, crispy on the edges yet tender to the bite, and savory sausage links that whispered tales of smoke and spice. Not to be overshadowed, the home fries were a masterclass in texture – crispy exteriors giving way to the soft, welcoming interiors. And for a sweet note, the French toast was a thick, golden-brown treasure, with a dusting of powdered sugar that melted on the tongue like the faintest whisper of sweetness. The "Huevos Rancheros" offered a different kind of morning revelry, a vibrant Mexican classic that awoke my palate.Beneath two expertly fried sunny side up eggs lay soft tortillas, creating a comforting foundation for the bright, tangy green salsa that draped over them.A generous sprinkle of melted cheese completed the dish, each mouthful a harmonious blend of zest and creaminess. But what truly sets Diego Farms apart isn't just its delectable fare. The service was impeccable – friendly, prompt, and genuine. The atmosphere, too, resonated with a welcoming buzz, the kind that only a beloved local haunt can offer. It's a place where the warmth of the staff rivals that of the morning sun streaming through the windows. In short, Diego Farms is a culinary beacon in northwest Las Vegas. It's a place where every meal feels like a return to something familiar and comforting, even if it's your first visit. For those traversing this corner of the city, a stop here is a must – it's an original that continues to shine amidst the ever-growing tapestry of the Las Vegas food scene.
Stumbled across this place while out for a walk.Great breakfast spot! Price is right and food is even better.Service was great. Can't wait to return to Diego's.Better food for cheaper than some of the other nearby breakfast spots.(Mimi's, baby stacks, Rachel's kitchen) and WAY less waiting here!
I absolutely love this place. The service is always amazing. They're friendly, attentive, and fast. The cafe is very clean and simple. The portions are pretty good.My only complaint with this place, along with most every place we eat at is price. But other than that, it's amazing here.
