El Jefe Tacos is a delightful surprise! 😍 I visited for lunch and tried the Birria Ramen, which was absolutely to die for - the flavorful caldo and tender meat made my day. I also ordered the quesabirria on the side, perfect for sharing!

The atmosphere is casual, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable for the generous portions.

While I did have a bit of excess fat on my meat, the overall experience was enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back... maybe next time for a burrito! 🌮✨
