El Gallo De Acero is a cozy gem in Joliet offering authentic Mexican comfort food! 🌮 I was blown away by the pollo adobados - perfectly marinated and bursting with flavor. The sides, especially the fluffy rice and rich frijoles, complemented the meal beautifully.
I also tried the pozole, which tasted like it came straight from a grandmother's kitchen - simply the best! The staff was friendly and attentive, making my first visit a delightful experience.
